We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
It appears when I receive a free trial sign up for my classes, my customers are not able to opt into marketing and stopping them being accessible in my mailchimp database. Is there a way around this? How could I add the mail chimp opt in check box to my form?
Hello Matthew,
We have forwarded your ticket to our level 2 agents and as soon as we get some feedback from them we will contact you immediately.
Kind Regards,

Hi, Matthew.
We did not fully understand all the details you described of the use-case,
but we do have this tutorial Video that shows how to Connect Amelia WordPress Booking Plugin and Mailchimp.
Please check it here, let us know if that is what you needed perhaps?
If not, please correct us and we will escalate this higher within the Team.
You can see more textual documentation our Web Hooks settings here.
This setting allows you to set several hooks that will send data from the Amelia plugin to any other application. It is good to use this option if you want to send, for example, customer data to some CRM platform. You can use any automation tool that allows you to integrate other applications with Amelia, but in our documentation, we explained the connection through Zapier since it is the most popular online automation tool at the moment.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

I am running free classes for my soccer company. Because the classes have no cost it doe not call woocommerce to complete payment. Because it does not call woocommerce it doesnt offer the customer a chance to tick the opt in box. Because of this I can only add this customer as a stransactional audience member to my mail chimp audience. this is what mail chimp said
"ok, I see where the prior agent turned on our tool to watch incoming API calls.
here's what I see:
{
"email_type": "html",
"email_address": "[email protected]",
"status": "transactional",
"merge_fields": {
"FNAME": "John",
"LNAME": "Mailchimp"
}
}
Marcus - mailchimp support
got it.
That said, I should note that we do not manage this from within Mailchimp.
If the signup form is - for whatever reason capturing the emails as transactional - then the store will log them as such, and will inform Mailchimp of this.
Ultimately I suspect the proper answer to this question lies within some setting, or something, associated with the signup form that contacts are signing up through
the form that my colleague used/ or you did the signup for them, captured them as transactional and sent that to Mailchimp
we're only able to take the lead from WooCommerce"
the Transactional part needs to change to allow free class sign ups to be added as a full audience member
