We are trying to have a service that spans the whole day including break, so for example, we need a service that will run from 9am to 12pm, and from 1pm to 5pm, while still remaining the same service, how we can achieve this?
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. This will break the service in two so if you offer 8 hours long service for example you must set it in one part in the employee modal from 09 to 17.
If you have any more questions please open a new ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.

Hello Cesar,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. This will break the service in two so if you offer 8 hours long service for example you must set it in one part in the employee modal from 09 to 17.

We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
