    Hi, I am having a problem activating my wpDataTables license, it was fine however once I changed my domain I could no longer use any features. I have tried to deactivate and reactivate and I have also tried to delete and redownload however I get the same problem every time. I get the error message " Your license key doesn't match your current domain. This is most likely due to a change in the domain URL. Please deactivate license and then reactivate it again." When I deactivate it and then click reactivate I get taken to a page that says "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page." 

    Any help is appreciated, many thanks.

    Hi, Thomas 

    Sorry for the delay

    - You have the Basic licence, which means the licence covers only one domain at a time,

    but you can easily switch between domains.

    Please log in your TMS Store account, find the licence,  hit the Three Dots in the top right corner,

    and find the Domain Manager.

    Here you can see which domain is currently active for this licence, and you can deactivate it.

    Then you can go back to your Wp-Admin , plugin's settings/Activation tab, and simply activate it by pasting your Purchase Code,  then this new domain will activate for the licence.smile.png
