Here are a few questions that we can't find answers to:
How to determine the Availability date (every Tuesday from 9-10 am) for (ski course) Service? We did manage to set this up in the Actions module, but the Actions module doesn't show up in the booking calendar, so the customer has to search for the service in 2 places and our stuff also.
How does a customer book multiple services at once (for example, 1 private ski lesson and 1 children's ski lesson) and pay for them all at once?
How to disable the option to display "select location", "select staff", ... on the front end booking form, because we don't want the client to be able to select the instructor and the location.
We wil now cover all questions on the same ticket, but for the future, please note :
When you have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.

1. The available time slots are directly depending on the working hours that are allocated to the Service provider/employee for a particular service.

Can you please elaborate what you mean by "Actions module", i am not fully understanding that part of the configuration?

If you need to have a "standard available time slot" every Tuesday from 9 to 10 AM , for this Service,
edit the Employee assigned to the service, edit the work hours, and set them to be from 9 to 10 AM for that service.

It depends exactly what kind of schedule you need.
You can set regular working hours, you can also set Special Days, if the employee needs to have a specific work hours only for some specific days, that are different from regular schedule.
Hello, Team Amelia,
I recently purchased an Amelia from you.
Here are a few questions that we can't find answers to:

Please check more details about setting a work schedule here.
Let me know if that helps and if you have any additional questions about that
2.
For booking appointments from multiple services in one go, you can set up a Package of Services.
Please check more about how that works here :
How to Create Packages;
How to manage Packages on back-end.

3.
You can disable the fields you don't need in Amelia's Customize tab.
For example, if you use the New Step Form 2.0 , you will go to Customize > Choose New Step Form > Choose the first Step > Options/
and here you will be able to disable/hide these fields from the form
Let us know if you have any questions
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
