I have selected 'Enable Customer Panel' in the customer role section so that customers can manage their own bookings.
When customers make a booking, they are not receiving the email with their username and link to set a password, so they have no way of actually logging in to manage their booking.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
One of our customers just text to say that they were sent an email asking them to register an account and then they were directed to the WordPress website login rather than the Customer Panel? I have disabled this feature for now as it's not working properly. Please help ASAP!
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
Thank you for clearing that up.
Please note that the Customer panel access email is not sent when the customer books the appointment, but rather when the customer clicks on the "Forgot password" or "Send access link" buttons depending on the settings on your website.
The "set password" form is displayed when the customer clicks on the "Customer panel" button after they book an appointment.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi there,
I provided a login for you privately.
One of our customers just text to say that they were sent an email asking them to register an account and then they were directed to the WordPress website login rather than the Customer Panel? I have disabled this feature for now as it's not working properly. Please help ASAP!
Hello Tahlia,
Can you please test it out now and let me know if it works or not?
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi Uroš,
I turned the 'Customer Panel Access' back on under 'User Roles', did a test booking, and I still didn't receive the email to create an account.
It's not working, sorry.
Sorry one more thing to add - the 'Amelia Customer' user role within WordPress by default has 'Show Toolbar when viewing site'.
How do I edit the Amelia user roles permissions?
