The 403 Forbidden Error happens when the web page (or another resource) that you’re trying to open in your web browser is a resource that you’re not allowed to access. It’s called a 403 error because that’s the HTTP status code that the webserver uses to describe that kind of error.
You usually get this error for one of two reasons. The first is that the owners of the webserver have properly set up access permissions and that you’re really not allowed access to the resource. The second reason is that the owners of the webserver have improperly set up permissions and you’re getting denied access when you really shouldn’t be.
You need to contact your hosting provider because you have an issue with your permissions.
Once you do that please let us know if everything is back in order.
I contacted Cloudways support and they suggested doing an Application (WP) permission reset. Did so and the Notification Emails Settings saved without the error message.
Is there a way to test the notification email function prior to having everything else setup?
Also, I may be very interested in hiring someone to help complete our Amelia configuration. Can you advise where I might find Amelia experienced help? I searched Upwork for "Amelia" but found nothing.
Yes, you can test notifications in the notifications section. There you have send test mail option like this
We do not provide customization and set up of Amelia for our users, everything must be done by you. But we're here to offer any advice on how you can st something up. You just need to open a separate ticket for each question that you may have and me or my colleague will help you with your question. Also you can take a look at our documentation there you can find explanation for every feature that we have.
If you have any more questions please open a new ticket and we will gladly help you there.

Trying to complete the Notifications/Email setup. Upon saving I get a 403 Error (see attached).
I chose WP Mail as the Mail Service because I've been using WP Mail SMTP with Sendinblue Lite as the mailer. on my site and it works.
I pasted the Sender Name and Sender Email from the WP Mail settings page so I know they are correct.
When I try to save the settings I get a 403 Error. Please advise how I can resolve that?
Note: I have not created the Cancellation Redirect pages yet so left those URLs blank. Is that the problem?
Thanks, Ken
