Hi, I would like to know if it's possible to integrate a system of gift car throughout Amelia.
At the first glance I didn't see any element to do that's directly with Amelia.
I saw that's we can integrate woocommerce to pay directly our reservation on the website.
So with woocommerce, there is a plugin called "PW gift card" where the consumer buys a gift car for a friend for example. And is friend receiving an email with a code like "EAR3-JABA-02IS" and a message that's X friend offer you a gift card of 50$ to spend on "https://naturopathe-isabelle.com"
After, the friend just needs to go to the website and put the code to have a discount off the value of the gift card.
I'm wondering if it's possible that's in the section of payments, the consumer can enter this coupon at the emplacement "ad coupon" (see the screen shot). Because what I saw is that's this section is for a coupon that we generate from the section coupon in finance. But not from a coupon automatically generated by an extension of woocommerce.
Because Amelia is compatible with Woocommerce, I'm asking myself if this solution is possible or other solution:
Because we add woorcommerce, there is another block that's going to appear when the consumer is going to pay. And it's going to be a section for adding the code generated by the purchase of a gift card.
This is the solution that I imagine but I don't know if it's really possible. And if it's not, I would like to ask you If you have a solution.
We don't have gift vouchers but we have an option for creating discount codes. These codes can be set and sent automatically in our notifications after the customer schedules X number of appointments or you can give on some other way to your customers. More about our coupons you can read here (below the "Payments" part).
We have core integration with WooCommerce and we can not know or guarantee if any other addons or plugins will work with Amelia. Of course you can try and if they work and in case that it doesn't I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this link https://features.wpamelia.com/
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
