I recently bought your product and I'm very happy with it, I wanted to ask you about something that I don't know if it's your mistake or I don't know how to correct it.
1. When two clients make an appointment at the same time, we leave the first client pending confirmation and he is waiting, but the second client leaves us pending and he receives an email as confirmed. (That's a problem because we want us to always have to confirm the appointment).
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

This should be an easy fix.
1. You need to set in general settings that default status for appointments is pending
2. And you need to set this for each service also in services/edits service settings
Once you do that you should be fine.
