the calendar on this page, https://the-fountain.life/reserve/ does not look like the one I created in Step-by-Step Booking Form 2.0. Instead, it looks like the calendar from Booking Forms 1.0.
I have wasted so much time trying to find how to make Calendar from 2.0 display on my screen.
Also, I watched a few of your videos. It was very difficult to understand the person speaking. In one of the videos, the male voice sounded like he was speaking from a metal barrel. Very frustrating!
Please direct us to the solution. We need to start accepting bookings this morning!
My apologies for waiting a little longer, we do not work on weekends. We respond to tickets in order in which they arrive, and as soon as your ticket comes up one of our agents will respond to this ticket.
1. You are using old booking form 1.0 You can add the new 2.0 booking form as a widget or you can just type [ameliastepbooking]
This will display the new booking form.
2. As for "What does "Init Cell" mean in the calendar configuration list?" - we are not sure what is this and where does it display. Most likely something is not set up properly.
3. You can do this in 2 ways. You can do the integration of Google ot Outlook calendar and you can block days in your calendar by setting them up as busy.
Or you can add special days in employee working schedule.

As for Amelia 2.0 booking form please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
And please let us know on which page you are trying to show the new booking form.

How do I block all the days from a CLIENT booking BEFORE Dec 4th?
