I was asked today if there was a way to book an entire building block. What that means to me is that if there is a venue that has three different services that are split up but in certain situations they need to booked all together. How would I achieve this and also block out the time slot for each of the individual service. What can I get going that would create one bulk appointment for the three services? Is there a way to achieve this?
We are not sure how that will look exactly but you have the pro license and with the pro license, you can create packages. This way you can book several services in one go. You can try to achieve this with packages of services. You can read more about packages in this link https://wpamelia.com/packages/.
I get that I can book the package in one go but i would like to be able to book all the services at one appointment time. for example, if my business has a game room, basketball court, and a kitchen, I would like to be able to create a package that will book all those services to be used at say 1pm. As I have been using Amelia each service gets pushed further and further down the appointment timeslots. Let me know if i am doing something wrong.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Amelia is designed to prevent double booking and for that reason, appointment can be booked for the same time slot that you already have booked. Amelia logic is that one person can be at several appointments at the same time. So what you want to achieve is not possible at this time.
