I'm progressing on to getting Amelia setup for mobile massages. I've attached two staff to two locations, one is a fixed address at the Massage Studio, the other location is for Mobile Massage around our local area.
When I make a booking on the back end for the Mobile location, or when a customer books the Mobile location online, where in the booking process can I or they enter in the address for the mobile location?
Often the mobile appointment is at their home or a variety of holiday accommodation.
Sorry for the waiting time, we don't work the weekends so we just got to this.

I think the best way to achieve what you need here is to add a Custom Field to the booking Form,
for this particular Service, and set the label to something like : Input the address of the location here.
On the front-end, customers will see this in the "Your Information" step ( if you use the New Step Form)
Here is an example screenshot of a Text input Custom Field, i named it "Delivery Adress", but you can set the label to anything you need :
First create the Custom Field on the back-end, and this is how it looks on the front-end Form :
This is how it looks if someone books on customer's behalf on back-end, while inputting all the information about the appointment, you will see the "Custom Fields" tab.
You can also choose to make any Custom Field mandatory or not.
I'll give that a try. At this stage though, we haven't launched the online customer booking process so my next question is how do we handle this if we are booking the appointment either on the backend through Amelia Manager login or through Employee Portal, will the custom field show there too?
Yes. Any Custom Fields the customer fills out are going to be shown on the back-end as part of the Appointment details, and they will also show on the Employee Panel.
I made a screen recording to show you how it looks in practice,
on the back-end , and how it works for employees in the Employee Panel.

Thanks Miloš,
I've just tested this on the back end and it seems to be working well. I'll test the other areas later and let you know if I have any issues.
