On the system we uncovered one missing link that's critical for running the automated scheduling successfully. At the moment the confirmation email to employee and the customer which shares the zoom meeting link doesn't include the attendee passcode required. So the employee had to go into the meeting to find it and then email it to the attendees. Can the passcode be automatically integrated into the appoint notification email?
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.
Amelia only creates Zoom meetings and it cannot have access and send the passcodes. These settings for pass code can probably be turned off in Zoom settings.
