I cannot seem to add the customer panel to my website, or when I do I am unable to create a login to get onto the panel and my customers are unable to do so as well.
I currently have this URL found in the roles section placed on my page but I dont think it actually allows anyone to create or access the user panel. Am i missing something to activate it ?
I also would like to allow customers to reschedule their appointments but with specific parameters, is there a way to modify it so that a customer can only reschedule the appointment within 2 weeks of their other original appointment and that they need to pay an associated fee with the rescheduling of said appointment. I also have packages of appointments and I would like my customers only to be able to reschedule a maximum of 2 appointments within the package. Are there ways to do this? Or at least ways to approve a rescheduling attempt by a customer before they actually do it.

When you have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
