We have a client that is registered blind so I have been checking tables for
accessibility issues raised by them when using a screen reader or using arrow keys. When using the Filtering with a filter type 'Selectbox', if you use the arrow key up and down it seems to select two at a time (the one you are on AND the one above) and when you click return to select your selection it picks the one above and not the one you are on.
If you get to the bottom of the list and move up or down the second selection can be out of order but is still always selects the one that is not the currently selected one.See screen shots.
Also column headers are not picked up in a screen reader.
Hi, Bob
Thanks for reaching out to us
-
At this time, unfortunately, we are not 100% WCAG compatible, but we have a plan to do this in the future.
We can't say an ETA right now, because our priority tasks depend on the number of users who ask for a certain development feature, or an improvement;
but we will do our absolute best to work on becoming completely WCAG compatible, as soon as possible.
If you'd like, you can certainly follow our changeLog page, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
-
I will pass these details you found as additional feedback for our QA testers and developers - they will check if they did not already spot this behaviour,
if not, we will make sure to add it to the list of details that needs to be improved in order to achieve proper WCAG compatibility as soon as possible.
Thank you for pointing this out for us.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hi, Bob
I am just following up on this,
wanted to let you know that we added a feature suggestion on this suggestions page,
so you can upvote it.
As more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
We will do our best to achieve said compatibility as soon as possible,
but i can't promise an exact ETA.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
Thank you for pointing this out once again.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
