How do I show the categories and then services as in this demo?

If you mean like this
This is our catalog booking form. Just place the catalog shortcode on the page and that is it.
These are our catalog shortcode and you can choose any one of them
[ameliacatalog] if you want to show the basic Service Catalog view,
[ameliacatalog category=1] if you want to show only the services from a category with ID 1,
[ameliacatalog service=1] if you want to show this form for the service with ID 1,
[ameliacatalog employee=1] if you want to show the services of one specific employee with ID 1,
[ameliacatalog location=1] if you want to show the services of one specific location with ID 1,
[ameliacatalog category=1 employee=1] if you want to show only the services from a category with ID 1 that are assigned to the employee with ID 1,
[ameliacatalog category=1 location=1] if you want to show only the services from a category with ID 1 that are provided on the location with ID 1,
[ameliacatalog show=services] if you have Packages enabled, but you only want to show services in the form,
[ameliacatalog show=packages] if you have Packages enabled, and you only want to show packages in the form.

Hello Michael,
This is the [ameliastepbooking] form. This form automatically looks like this. It shows the category first and then the services that that category contains.
Just place [ameliastepbooking] shortcode and this will show like this.

I'm using that shortcode, but am not getting that look and feel on the step booking.

I found that it required me to have more than one category which I suspected after thinking about the setup. The one thing I noticed is that it doesn't behave the same as the demo though. It requires me to click through to the services rather than "auto-opening" when I hover over a category. Is that a separate setting?

We have checked and your width is 736px and it needs to be 760px at least to be able to work like it is supposed to. Just change that and everything will be fine.
