I'm using amelia to administrate the bookings of my cafe. I have a salon with a capacity of 10 people. They can book time slots from 15 min to 5 hours.
The way I have created the reservation is by making the salon work as an employee with a maximum capacity of 10 people.
The problem comes when someone books a 5 hour time slot on the first time period. The plugin detects that the "employee" is busy during that 5 hours and that nobody else can book since the he won't start a new session during that period, even though there are 9 places empty (see atached photo, that is what I would like Amelia not to do).
Is there a way to change that? Basically I want the customers to be able to jump in middle appointment.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please check the following option:
Allow booking below minimum capacity
This option allows you to choose whether you will allow bookings below minimum capacity. By default, booking below minimum capacity is enabled which means that your customers will be able to schedule the appointment below minimum capacity, but that appointment will get Pending status because of it. If you disable it and set, for example, 3 as minimum capacity, your customer will automatically see 2 persons selected in the “Bringing anyone with you” option during the booking, and he will not be able to schedule the appointment without these two 2 persons.
Let me know if it helps, please.
Look forward to your reply.
Have a nice day!

Thank you very much for your reply, I think it worked!
However, there is a thing that is still not working. For context, we open from 16:00 to 21:00 and we have 10 people maximum capacity.
The problem comes when 1 person books a 5 hour appointment at 16:00. Thanks to your reply now more people can book, but only at 16:00. If someone wants to book, for example, from 17:00 to 18:00, they won't see that time slot since the plugin detects that the appointment has already started and won't let someone book so it doesn't interrupt middle appointment.
I need that this doesn't happen, is it possible?
Thank you so much
You are welcome,
Unfortunately, I do not see how you configured the plugin, if for example the appointment starts at 4 pm and lasts 2 hours, then 5 pm can not be booked as the employee is already busy, so you can connect another employee to this service and if he has a free schedule, the time slot will be available.
