In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Good afternoon,
I am looking for advice regarding PayPal. I have set the live API keys in Amelia and that works fine, I am unsure how to enable Paypal 'pay in 3' option to show on the checkout page. PayPal requires HTML to be inserted into the page but I cannot see how this is possible for Amelia.
Can you help me with this?

We are trying to add PayPal pay in 3 to Amelia. PayPal documentation says we have to add code but this is not possible? How do we add PayPal pay in 3 as an option to Amelia checkout?

We do not have PayPal pay in 3 option, we have core integrations with PayPal and a regular PayPal option you can use in Amelia. For anything else like PayPal pay in 3 we can not guarantee that it will work with Amelia.
In Amelia, you can set PayPal in settings/payments and there you can enable PayPal
Also in services/settings/payments you can set individual payments method for each service.
