We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hello,

    we offer first aid courses and use the event feature of Amelia. We now want to offer courses also in English and wanted to use an emoji in the title of the events like First Aid Course in German 🇩🇪 and First Aid Course in English 🇬🇧. Unfortunately we can't use emojis, the title will not be saved when I try to change it.

    It would be great if we could use emojis or even other characters in the title. Would that be possible?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.

    I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this link https://features.wpamelia.com/

    Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

    Hi Marko, 

    thanks for the info. In my opinion, this is not really a "feature". Characters are just not supported by Amelia, but I don't know of any other plugin or for example website builder that doesn't accept emojis. Maybe we just have to change something in the database? What I can't understand at all is why it's not supported in the description of the events either. Once I add an emoji, I can't save.
