regarding a mail problem customers did not receive the confirmation mail after booking. That also contains the zoom link for the meeting. Is there a way to trigger that mail again so that I can send it to the customer? Or is there at least the option to send the zoom appointment link to the customer?
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.
What you can do is, you can cancel that appointment and in a couple of seconds you can approve it again and the customer will get the new approved notification.
