We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi Team,
I'm trying to edit and duplicate service made already but when I click on the one I want to edit it hangs on the please wait Amelia icon. All other screens appear to be working along with creating a new service from scratch. But I can't get into edit older service I created a while ago. Anyone else having the same issue? I've restarted the computer and cleared cache. I've also tried in a completely different browser and the same thing is happening.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.

I have now tested the suggestions you provided but it has not fixed the issue. First I changed Theme only. I tried a few different Themes. Then I deactivated all plugins except for Amelia and again tested in a few different themes. The issue still exists.
The suggestions you gave me has also been suggested in two other tickets I raised, (1) where sometimes when attempting to book an appointment I get 'Error, appointment slot not available' even though the slot is available. Support gave the same response as you. And (2) where in Amelia Settings, when I click on Role Settings, the box opens but never loads and stays white. All other settings open normally.
Please let me know what we can do to get this fixed up. The Amelia Support Admin account as noted below is still available for you to login and take a look.
