If a customer replies to an automatic Amelia sms notification, where does it go? How can we be sure that we are seeing/receiving them so that we can respond?
Customers can not reply to SMS notifications. So if you want them to be able to respond to your notifications you can use some other number for this purpose that you will place in notifications with notice that if they want to reply they can do that on that number.
