I have created two notifications for approved appointments: one for an appointment on site and one for an online appointment. However, I get the same notification for both type of appointments.
I looked at a video about notifications, but it does not show me how to fix this problem.

When you create new notifications for a specific service you need to add a service to this notification like this
And also you need to enable the option Send only this notification
