Hello Amelia Support,
i have a question, i tried to creat a account for my employes so that they can create and manage(change and delete) clients aswell as apointments whitout showing him any other of the categories like options or Events for example. The only categories inside of amelia this user should see are Kalender and Clients. Please tell me how to set it up in this way.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
In general, we do not recommend that you use the role plugin with Amelia so that it doesn't cause some role conflicts.
But if you want you can try to find some plugins that allow you to use multiply user roles and then check if it is working for you. Check this out for example.
