    URGENT Booking not showing up..

    I have been trying to get Amelia showing up again on our booking page. I have not change any settings and now it will not show. I thought this was a payment issue but i can navigate to cart page and make a payment. Im having issues with amelia not even showing up to book an appt. Can anyone help with this issue? We have been a month without sales due to this plug in not showing.

    I have no info on purchasing this plug in or not(It does have automatic updates). But its just not showing up.

    Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.

    If you already have our licenses, please write to us in the Amelia category. The reason we ask you to do this is that there has been a lot of abuse. 

    You can find all data that you need in your profile in our store

    Because if the license has expired and the subscription has not been renewed, these users do not have access to our support, the same applies to licenses that are purchased through Envato. 

    Licenses purchased through Envato have access to our support for only 6 months when that time period has to elapse they have to contract Envato to extend the time for support.

    We hope you understand.

    The HTTP 404 Not Found response status code indicates that the server cannot find the requested resource. Links that lead to a 404 page are often called broken or dead links and can be subject to link rot.

    Please check if a page where you have placed the Amelia shortcode if working. Also, we couldn't find Amelia's page you can send us a link where Amelia is at so that we can check once more.

    This is where the page is. Its not working on this page. Ive tried making a new page to no avail. I also cant get my purchase ID because I do not have log in information that was used by old IT. who didn't leave a password trail.

    Hello Jamie,

    Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.

    This is an issue because we do not provide support for outdated versions of the plugin since we do can not know what is the issue because it is not up to date. You are using the old version of Amelia 4.3.1

    We now have a new version of Amelia that is 5.6. When the plugin is not up to date it can have all sorts of issues you need to update to the latest version of the plugin so that we can try to help you.

    When it comes to the old version of the plugin, we can not know exactly what the issue is because it is already an outdated version that is not maintained.

    Please update to the latest version and let us know has that resolved the issue.

    Also if the license has expired you do not have access to our support and you can not update the plugin.

    If you have access to mail address that used the purchase you can reset the password for your profile in our store. If you do not have it we would need some proof of purchase so that we can check and validate the license and to send you the latest version if it is still valid.

    Unfortunately, if you do not possess any of these things you will need to purchase a new license so that you can have access to our support and the latest version of the plugin.

    Hello Jamie,

    Unfortunately, without any info, we can not know who bought it. Hopefully, you will manage to get in. Once you enter the mail you can easily reset the password and then you can login in to your profile and download the latest version of the plugin if the license is still active. You will not be able to do that if the license has expired.
