I use amelia since 1 year without trouble. I use it with woocommerce payment, and with an integration on google calendar.
Since few weeks, some of the appointements disappear in amelia planing and in the appointment list. They are still on my google agenda, but no more on amelia. I receive the woocommerce Email, and the appointment have been paid but it doesn't appear on amelia screens. I have no notification for a cancel by the customour.
It arrived on 7 appointments last month (on 130 appointements total) and there is no clue to find why.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We would need access to your data base as well, and a list of those appointment that are missing so that we can check.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
