We have employees that have days off configured, however the slots are still showing as available in Step-By-Step 2.0 booking. When a customer attempts to book these slots, it correctly fails, but it produces an error only visible in the console.
The legacy booking form is unaffected.
WordPress Version: 6.1.1
Amelia Version: 5.6
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an employee and configure days off.
2. Create a Step-by-Step 2.0 booking code via shortcode with only packages showing ([ameliastepbooking show=packages])
3. Select a package and the previously created employee.
Expected behavior: The configured "Days Off" are disabled.
Actual behavior: The days off are still available for selection through the UI; an error is returned when the customer attempts to confirm booking.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
I have noted that this is an issue and will forward it to our developers and will provide you with an update as soon as possible.
Is there any update to this? We are running the latest version, but it appears customers are still able to select dates that should not be available in booking form 2.0. We are still running the legacy booking form for the time being
