We're searching a way to set service to be booked in exact time.
Our working hours is 8:30 - 16:30 We have two types of services - half-day (3h) and all-day (7h 30m). For half-day service we want to allow to book in 9:00-12:00 OR 13:30-16:30. For all-day - 9:00-16:30.
But right now we're able to book at lunch break, and we don't want this behavior. We tried to set break 12:00-13:00, but in that case our all-day appointment is not able anymore. Also we tried to set buffer, but Amelia looks into our Outlook Calendar and sees that we have another meetings in buffer time, so it disables to book anything at all.
Can we somehow force our half-day services to be booked only at 9:00-12:00 OR 13:30-16:30, despite of another available time? Creating two separate services for 9:30-12:00 and 13:30-16:30 will do, but we still want to book an all-day service.
2. You need to create 2 employees once that will work on half a day service, and second that will work on a full day service.
When you have breaks, or two seprerate work period like this for example 08-12, 12-16 Amelia see this as 2 periods and your full day service cannot be booked because you have two time periods 08-12, 12-16. So once you create second emplyoee that will work on a second service you can set his working schedule in one part from 08 to 16 and then your customer will be able to book the full day service.
This is the only way you can achieve this at this time.

Hello Roman,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can achieve this like this:
1. You need to create 2 services
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this link https://features.wpamelia.com/
