Hi, I am looking at purchasing amelia but am having problems with payments integration. I have configured it with stripe and woo commerce and tested the payments.
They work on a desktop but not on a mobile. I have disabled plug-ins in case of conflict and my theme is up to date. Do you have any suggestions on how I can make payments available on a mobile device?

Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
If you already have our licenses, please write to us in the Amelia category. The reason we ask you to do this is that there has been a lot of abuse.
Because if the license has expired and the subscription has not been renewed, these users do not have access to our support, the same applies to licenses that are purchased through Envato.
Licenses purchased through Envato have access to our support for only 6 months when that time period has to elapse they have to contract Envato to extend the time for support.
We hope you understand.
You can not have WooCommerce active as well as Stripe at the same time for the same services. Please make sure that you have updated Amelia to the latest version that is 5.6 and make sure to purge the cache after that.
There is no difference ti Amelia whether it is a mobile or desktop payment.
