Is it possible to change the phone number that SMS is received from? I would like to change it to a number that we can receive responses on if that is possible, and we do have business phone number with this capability. Is this somethingb that can be done?
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.
What you can do is you can add your phone number and write down something like if you need to contact us, please do that on this number +381xx--xxxxx-xxxx.
