I have a mobile massage salon, and i just started to use Amelia.
I have a question/problem: my clients can make an account in the same time that they are booking an appointment, but if they did choose not to create one, how can they do it post booking? How can a client create an Amelia user for himself?
Related question: Where can i change the text of the "account creation" e-mail? For me both links are pointing to the same address. Why?

1. They are not Amelia user until they book the appointment. So they need to book the appointment so that they can get the Amelia customer role.
2. I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?

You need to create a customer panel. You can do that easily just by adding a shortcode to the page- You can more about customer panel on this link https://wpamelia.com/front-end-customer-panel/.
After that you can place customer panel shortcode in your notifications and the customers will be able to create a password for the panel once they book, and the username will be their mail which they used during the booking process.
My costumer panel is created, the question is: if the costumer did not create a user during the booking, how can he create a user (user name+password) after the booking?
Customers don't get to create accounts in Amelia - we don't have that. However, if they booked an appointment, they are automatically created as a customer in Amelia/Customers.
In order for them to receive an email which will take them to the password creation within our Customer Panel, you need to add the %customer_panel_url% placeholder in your "Appointment Approved" and/or "Appointment Pending" email notification templates. When they click on the link in the email for the 1st time, they will create a password that will allow them to log into the panel.
Every consecutive time they visit the link, they will log in with the password they created. There's also an option to click on the "Forgot Password" option, where they will enter the email address they used when they booked an appointment, and the "Customer Panel Access" email will be sent to them, so they can log into the panel.
If you removed the email from the booking form, or if the email is not mandatory, and your customers skipped it, they will not be able to log into the panel, because an email is a prerequisite for logging into the panel.
Hope this explains it.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
