    Hello,
    I have sometimes a double booking (a person is booking a slot which is already taken).
    I'm the only one employee and the services capacity are all for one person.
    Its concerning the Service : "30mn" for which I defined a different "Period available for booking in advance". Do you see any problem in the settings of this service ?
    Secondly, I would like to limit the maximum booking of this specific service to once a day. So: only one appointment of 30mn will be available every working day, while the other services can be book without limit. Is that possible with Amelia Plugin?

    Hello Maite,

    Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.

    If you already have our licenses, please write to us in the Amelia category. The reason we ask you to do this is that there has been a lot of abuse. 

    Because if the license has expired and the subscription has not been renewed, these users do not have access to our support, the same applies to licenses that are purchased through Envato. 

    Licenses purchased through Envato have access to our support for only 6 months when that time period has to elapse they have to contract Envato to extend the time for support.

    We hope you understand.

    1. Double booking in Amelia is not possible. 

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    2. In Amelia working hours and working days of service depend on employee workings hours.

    You determine the working hours of the employee and on which service (it can be assigned on several services at the same time and it can be assigned on just one) at what time and on which days the employee will work.

    So if you set in the employee schedule that employee is working on that service for example from 10 to 10.30 your customers will be able to book that service only in that time slot.

    Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.

    You are using the old version of Amelia 5.2.

    We now have a new version of Amelia. When the plugin is not up to date it can have all sorts of issues you need to update to the latest version of the plugin so that we can try to help you.

    When it comes to the old version of the plugin, we can not know exactly what the issue is because it is already an outdated version that is not maintained.

    Please update to the latest version and let us know has that resolved the issue.

    Also when we try to double-book book we can not replicate the issue. Amelia si not allowing us to book for today for example

    As for booking this service only once per day. You can achieve that easily just by setting this up in employee schedule. You can for example set that you are working only o that service from 16 to 16.30 and on other services from 16.30 to 20. And that service will be available for booking only in that time slot that you have set
