I am glad that you added the possibility, to make a csv file with all custom fields of the event. 

In my cas its a cource for 300€ and when a customer wants to change the course, I will manually process that.
Cancel the wrong  is easy,

but when entering the details for the additional fields, I am wondering, why these custom fields are not presented in the manually process.
