    Hello,

I am just evaluating your plugin and have some questions.

    1. I have Multiple employees with different zoom accounts. How can I have all these zooms active on Amelia at the same time please? Does this mean you need a separate JTW for each account or how does it work?

    2. The tab for employees is gone. I am assuming this is now the providers details?

    3. For the calendar booking. Can people who booked be downloaded in a CSV file?

    4. For event creation can the pricing be removed? Also can you change the currency from $

    5. For event reminders can you have more than 1 reminder. Say the day before and this event is about to begin?

    6. Buying the developer version of this means that you do not need to buy and separate add on plugins right. This means to work with zoom, google calendat, outlook, whats app, woocommerce etc?

    7. If I buy the 1 year licence, can I upgrade to lifetime? If I do, do I just pay the difference between the two?

    Many thanks, for your assistance.

    Kind regards,

    Ray

    Hello Ray,

Thank you for expressing interest in the Amelia plugin.

    1. Zoom is configured via the JWT application made by the admin here: https://marketplace.zoom.us/. If you want each employee to be linked to their Zoom account, you must pay the Zoom premium and add users through the Users section.

They can't use private accounts, so you would have to pay Zoom Premium to get slots for additional users.

When you add them, you can then link them through the Employees section to a specific Zoom account within the organization created in Zoom.

Let me know if you have any questions. You can take a look at our documentation about Zoom integration here if you wish.

    2. The lite version of the plugin does not have the Employee page as it only has the "Provider details" page.

    3. You can export the appointment details on the Amelia/Appointments page.

    4. What are you referring to by the "pricing be removed"? The default currency can be changed to any other currency you prefer.

    5. Yes, you can have as many reminders as you want (1-hour before, 2-hours after...).

    6. We do not have any add-ons for the plugin as everything is included in the Pro and Developer licenses.

    7. Licenses can be upgraded to higher tiers through our store, by clicking on the "Upgrade" button:

A new modal opens up where you can choose available upgrade plans:

Please note that the Lifetime purchases can't be upgraded to Subscription plans, so if you have a Pro Lifetime plan, you cannot upgrade to Developer Subscription. Also, depending on the license you currently have, different options will be offered in the modal.

What you should know about the upgrade:

The price that you will pay for the upgrade will be a pro-rated charge, meaning you won't be paying for the price difference between licenses, since we cannot refund the time spent on the license you currently have.

    Example:

You bought a Basic Yearly license for Amelia, which costs $79 (roughly $0.22 per day).

After 100 days, you want to upgrade to Pro Yearly, which costs $119 (roughly $0.33 per day).

Time remaining on Basic (what going to reduce the upgrade price): $58.3 (265 * 0.16) Time spent on Basic: $22 (100 * 0.22) Time remaining on Pro: $87.45 (265 * 0.33) So, the price is not Pro - Basic (119-79=40), but instead a pro-rated charge, and you are going to be charged around $87.45 - $58.3 = $29.15.

If you're upgrading from a yearly subscription license to a yearly subscription license, it still renews on the same date (1 year after purchase) and your purchase code remains the same. This is basically why the prices are pro-rated.

Please note: Directly upgrading Lifetime licenses purchased after June 1st, 2021 is currently not possible, but you can, of course, acquire a new license and receive a refund for the previous purchase. You would need to purchase a new Lifetime License and reach out to us through a ticket, posting both purchase codes in a PRIVATE ticket, and our support managers will refund the amount of the originally purchased license retroactively.
