Thanks for the video. You can show packages per employee, some settings might me skipped or something is not set up properly.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that in order to use the package form in which the employee is filtered, that employee must be assigned to all services within the package. 

You have 1st service assigned to 1st employee, and the 2nd service assigned to the 2nd employee. The new form cannot display the package and filter the package by an employee when that employee does not cover the entire package, but only 1 service within the package.

We will work on correcting this, we do not have an eta at this time. For now, you can use the old [ameliabooking] form with the same filters and it will show everything you want.
