In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

    When you have several questions or issues, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.

    1. How does the client access to log in - Once you create a customer panel your customer will be able to login via their mail and password which they will set. You can read all about it on this link https://wpamelia.com/front-end-customer-panel/

    2. How can you cancel the appointment - You can cancel from the back end by clicking on edit appoinment. Your customer can cancel form the customer panel or if you place cancel placeholder in notifications

    3. And how do I add a phone number for text messages - If you are interested in sending SMS notifications you can read more about it on this link https://wpamelia.com/sms-notifications/

    4. I have these configurations, I have a question where the user logs in? I have to insert with a shortcode? - Yes, you need to place the customer panel shortcode if you want to offer your customer the possibility to have their profile so that they can manage theirs appointments. You can find Amelias shortcodes on this link  https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/article/17639/
