We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi There.

Firstly, I love your plugin and yes I will be keeping it and using it on my site.

I run a dance studio and will be using events to schedule classes.  I am hoping that you have had this question before and there is an relatively easy solution.

I would like to set up a subscription payment (membership) for events (classes) with 2 levels at different pricing.

Level one - 1 class per week (student can select one from 5 different classes)

Level two - Unlimited classes (student can enroll into any/all of the 5 classes)

I have Woocommerce and I'm happy to use their membership addon but want to make sure it works before I commit to paying for it.

I'm not a developer but know my way around the wordpress back end.

    Thanks in advance

    Hello Andrew,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Amelia doesn't yet have a membership feature, but it will be developed as a part of the Developer license (maybe even as part of the Pro license) in the future.

Any membership plugin (like MemberPress, or Ultimate Member, etc.) allows you to create pages that are inaccessible to some (for example non-logged-in users). You can also create custom logic, so a user can access this page once a month (for example), but we're not sure about that, since we don't work with Membership plugins.

At the moment we can't give you more precise information because as we said we don't work with membership plugins.

    Hope this helps you.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Kind Regards,

    Uros Jovanovic
