We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I'm trying to make Amelia work for this use case : a marketplace of therapists.
On this marketplace, there would be many therapists, registered as employees, and they would offer their customers to have video appointments with them, on Zoom.
Problem :
in this video, https://wpamelia.com/configuring-zoom/ , you give a similar example, where all the different employees would use THE SAME Zoom account.
But, I've just checked : here, https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/206122046-Hosting-concurrent-meetings , Zoom says even the Entreprise accounts can't host more than 2 meetings simultaneously.
Which means that WP Amelia would be totally useless to manage any kind of collective project involving video meetings ???
Because if you have 3 employees ready to work monday at 8 am, they can't because of Zooms limitation to host more than 2 meetings.
Is that right? Do you see any solution? Did I miss something?
Is there a way to use more than 1 Zoom account, 1 per employee perhaps ?
And, another question. I wanted to let therapists manage their services, created them, delete them. But it seems it's impossible. Can you confirm it's not possible to let employees manage their services? Only the price and capacity seem to be manageable by the employee.
Regards,
Ludovic
Hello Ludovic,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Zoom is configured via the JWT application made by the admin here: https://marketplace.zoom.us/. If you want each employee to be linked to their Zoom account, you must pay the Zoom premium and add users through the Users section. They can't use private accounts, so you would have to pay Zoom Premium to get slots for additional users. When you add them, you can then link them through the Employees section to a specific Zoom account within the organization created in Zoom.
If you enable the "Manage their appointments" option on the Amelia/Setting/Role settings/Employees page, the employees will be able to create appointments from the employee panel, but they will not be able to delete appointments.
Hope this helps you.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
