I am sorry to disappoint you, but for both questions 1 and 2, 

we currently don't have any solution, as built-in or with workarounds, to achieve what you need.

-

1. 

We have a solution for hiding rows in tables if they don't have data,  with Conditional Formatting,

but to hide an entire column from Master- Details "more details" section, 

if the cell is empty , at this time unfortunately we don't have any solution.

It is a good idea for future improvements, though, so you can suggest it for our developers.

2.

We also do not have anything available to add any kind of Table Tools for the Master Details Pop Up.

We only currently have the Export Tools for the table view itself, before going into the Master Details modal.

You can suggest both of these ideas and we will do our best to work on solutions in the future.
