When my client tries to book an appointment, the page automatically loads into April 2023 instead of November 2022. When I go back, all the dates are blocked off.
The employee is assigned the service and only has November 16 and thanksgiving day as a day off. The timezone for WordPress is set to New York time zone and the date isn't showing me that it is in April.
I am using [ameliastepbooking service=1 employee=1] as the shortcode. When I use ameliabooking as a shortcode, it shows me January 2023 as the starting date and not November 2022, so I can't quite figure out the problem here.
We are updated to 5.5 plugin. The service is a 30 minute duration service. Employee has working hours attached to the service. I believe this only started happening since the new update as it was working fine before.
I disconnected the Outlook sync and it seemed to fix it. I will check with the Client to see if they incorrectly have set up dates there that interfere with the system.
Can you point me to more information on how the Outlook sync works?
You probably have the "Remove Outlook Calendar Busy Slots" option enabled and the days were marked as busy in the Outlook calendar, you need to enable this option if you want to remove the time slots of the Busy events in your employees’ Outlook Calendars from their work schedules in Amelia. When enabled, time slots in the Amelia Calendar will be removed whenever there is a Busy event in the Outlook Calendar.
