We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,

I'm a Nutritionist and I'm the only one employee, but I work in different places. It seems not possible to assign multiple locations to the same employee in the employees settings.
    Here an example:
Employee 1 provides Service A at Location 1 AND at Location 2. Then the Customer should be able to choose the preferred location in the booking protocol.
The problem is I can only  assign one place for each employee.
Is that a limit of the plugin or am I missing something? Can I fix it somehow?

    Regards

    Hello Lorenzo,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

First of all please check if you are using the latest version of Amelia (see attachment).

If you activated the purchase code in Amelia Settings/Activation, the update should be offered in the Plugins section. On some WordPress installations, you need to deactivate the plugin first in order to see the update offered, so please try that.

If that doesn't work, try going through Dashboard/Updates. See if you can update the plugin through there, and if that doesn't work either, you can follow the manual update procedures in the article linked below:

You can do that easily. You just need to set this up in employee working hours something like this

If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best.

    Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,
