I need to know whether Amelia works with Site Origin
And I would prefer to use PayFast for payment

We do not have a native integration with Site Origin but you can test it out and let us know if it works or not.
In regards to the PayFast, we have an integration with WooCommerce, and you can install the plugin for the PayFast gateway, you can find it on the following link.
