I would like to request a refund (in full, preferable) for my subscription to Amelia. My web designer suggested and implemented it, however, after a few months of testing and continuously attempting to fix glitches and get it working properly, it was never functional and I had to return to my previous booking platform. The lack of life customer support and long wait times for responses from Amelia Support were also a major issue and ultimately a major determining factor in cancelling my subscription.
We are sorry to hear that you are leaving us. Unfortunately, we can not grant you a refund, we have 15 days money-back guarantee with no questions asked policy. We can extend it by a few days in the best case scenario, but our licenses are sold through our reseller paddle and once that period expires the button in the software that we can click to approve the refund physically disappears. You can only cancel the subscription so that it doesn't renew next year.
