Hello Ilse,

Views are loaded when the user reaches the Details section (where he enters the first name, last name, email, phone and custom fields) but then leaves the page. Not until the calendar or before that.

The metric (interests) is when it reaches the page where the data is filled in, but for some reason, it gives up and goes to another page.

You can try it too. Just open the booking page in incognito and get to the part where you need to enter data and do not enter anything, just go to another page and after that once you refresh the dashboard you will see the view column.

As for the location, it looks at the locations for which the time slot is selected

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

We have checked this and this is not the case. As far as we can see everything is fine. You can see in the screenshots that there are no views at Open Huis

And that all the views are from Mercator Oostende
