You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

Hi. I am having an issue. I have 4 instances on the website www.mbm.cy where a button triggers a popup containing Amelia to open. All the popups work as intended on the website except the one in the header on the page. When I click on "Book an Appointment" button in the header the popup opens but the instance of Amelia does not. I have exhausted all options and I was wondering if you could help me with this?

Thank you for your response.
I checked on several different computers and the issue isn't there. However on my own computer the issue persists even after clearing cache. On Chrome and Safari it seems if I close and open the popup again then it works as intended. But never from the first try.
Is there anything I can do to make it work as intended on my device as well or just leave it as long as it works on visitors' devices?

Since it is working on several other devices on your end and on several devices on our end we can only say that everything in regard Amelia works. This is the issue due to your device and we simply can not know what is causing it. This is not related to Amelia this is the issue with the device.
