    Prerequisites:

    1. Booking Form 1.0 used for Services
    2. More than 1 Employee assigned to Service in the backend
    3. Recurring Appointments set to "All" in the backend
    4. Handle unavailable recurring dates set to "Recommend the closest date after"
    5. Handle recurring appointment payments set to "Customers will have to pay for all appointments at once"

    Steps to reproduce:

    LINK: VIDEO OF THE DEFECT

    Actual behavior

    1. Select Any Consultant on service page
    2. Select Continue
    3. Select preferred Date & time
    4. Select Repeat Appointment
    5. Select Continue
    6. Select preferred cadence for Repeat this appointment
    7. Select Continue
    8. Select Continue on Recurring Appointments page
    9. ** Payment options are not displayed **

    Expected behavior

    1. Select Any Consultant on service page
    2. Select Continue
    3. Select preferred Date & time
    4. Select Repeat Appointment
    5. Select Continue
    6. Select preferred cadence for Repeat this appointment
    7. Select Continue
    8. Select Continue on Recurring Appointments page
    9. Payment options are displayed

    Notes:

    • I have tested this user flow with 1 employee assigned to the service and the payment options are displayed.
    • It is only when a customer has not chosen any employee out of the ones available (Any Consultant is left to the system to choose) that the payment page is not displayed on the front-end.
    • I have tested with all additional custom CSS turned off and the issue is still present.
    • I have tested with cleared cache and the issue is still present.
    • I have read Amelia documentation: https://wpamelia.com/recurring-appointments

    Hello Adam,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Kind Regards,

    Marko Davidovic [email protected]
