Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
Only one string or date column is supported (will be used to name the gauges)
Other columns should have numerical values.
2 columns are strictly required.

So, for this use-case, if you wish to show Min, Max and Current Temp , i would suggest to create three separate Gauges, next to each other, or close to each other, at least;
and you can use one for MinTemp, other for MaxTemp, and third Gauge for CurrentTemp.
We have a similar example on the Docs page with three Gauges next to each other :
Here we took one String Column "Memory" for the first one;
Then the second Gauge, we picked column "CPU", and for the third one we pick column "Network".
Each of them has the additional Numeric column, to show the values.
Hi Team
Google Gauges.
Scenario:
I am tracking temperature, I have 3 values. MinTemp, MaxTem and Current Temp. I like to show this using the Google Gauges.
I currently can only show one temperature like Current Temp, but I like to show the min and max temperature as well.
For example the Gauge has the MinTemp as starting and MaxTemp as end temperature.
Is that possible?

As our Documentation on Google Gauges with our wpDataCharts states,

Let me know if that can work for your use-case.
Thank you
