We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Could you please clarify this

"Duration – here you can choose whether your package will have an unlimited or limited duration. You can choose to limit package duration for X number of days, weeks, or months, and you can also set a specific date as the date of expiration."

Is this related to availability/display on the front-end form until the defined time?

If so, setting 1 month what is the start date that the system starts counting?

    -------------

In our case, we need to set a mandatory fixed time for a package that has 1 service with multiple appointments predefined.
Example: Package 1 includes Service A with 4 appointments (at a discounted price), with 4 min/max required bookings. We need these appointments to be booked within 1 month starting from the 1st appointment date.

    THank you

    Hello Stavros,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

The duration you set is for the package while the appointments within a package are defined by the "Period available for booking" in Amelia's General Settings or individual settings of a service. So, if you sell a package with 10 appointments, and set the duration of the package to be 1 year, your customers will have 1 year to book those 10 appointments.

However, the appointments within a package can be booked as far ahead as you configured the "Period available for booking in advance" in Amelia's General Settings, or individual service setting. For example, if this is set to 30 days, at the time when an appointment is being booked, the customers will be able to choose the dates 30 days from TODAY. Defining the duration of the package doesn't define the availability of appointments.

    I hope it helps,

If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.

    Have a nice day!

    Kind Regards,

    Stanislav Snagovskiy

    Thanks Stanislav for the clarifications.

Judging from your syaings, it's impossible to set a fixed time frame/limit that within the appointments of a package service must be booked

    Dear Stavros,

    You are welcome,

Yes, unfortunately, there is no such option to configure fixed time slots for packages in Amelia.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Have a nice day!
