I would like to know if it possible to have my customers agree to my cancellation policy / terms of service upon making an appointment. Usually when making appointments online you would see a checkbox that the customer has to click indicating that they have read and agree with the cancellation policy / TOS. Please advise if this is possible and if so how it can be done?
So this text appears as a hyperlink that opens a new tab (target="_blank") and takes the customers to your Terms & Conditions without them leaving the booking form. So the custom field on the back-end would look like this:
As you can see, we made this radio button a mandatory field, so no one can book an appointment without checking the "I agree" button.
If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.
This is just a hypothetical question... Is it possible instead of having the link open in a new tab, instead to have it open in a pop up box when they click the hyperlink (in the same tab)?

Hello Jason,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
To add a link to Terms & Conditions, you can use "Checkbox" or "Radio" custom fields. In the custom field you need to add an anchor tag like this:

Dear Jason,
You are welcome,
Theoretically it is possible, but in practice I have not come across it, as it is more a customization question, here is what I found on Google about it: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-open-a-wordpress-popup-form-on-click-of-link-or-image/.
