How can I create notifications specific to certain services? The default notifications do seem to be able to be changed. I created a new notification but I just got two notifications for that service. I hope this makes sense.
If you want a new notification to be sent out alone and not along with the default "Appointment approved" notification, you can enable the "Send only this notification" option.
Thank you for getting back with me so quickly. Let me just share what I'm trying to accomplish. I am a photographer on some jobs I need a location address given and some I don't. I can create a new notification for the ones that don't need an address but they still get the default email. So my email says "the location is..." and there is nothing there because I didn't need it for that customer but I don't like that. I would like to have separate notifications for the different customers.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
And just to clarify again since it's been awhile. It's not that Amelia is performing wrong I'm just asking if I can stop the default notification from responding to certain actions. The default notification doesn't allow me to edit it as far as what action initiates it. I would delete it and put in what I need but I can't delete it either.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please let me know if this worked for you or not.

Hello Mitch,
Thank you for clearing that up.
Can you please provide me with the URL of your website as well and I will provide you with an update on this?
In regards to the booking form starting on Sunday, instead of Monday, you can do that from the WordPress general settings page.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
