We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I was almost done installing Amelia and now my client wants more… :)
My client wants a website for a yoga school.
Where the customer can book 1 yoga class with the date picker of Amelia (see link) and pay immediately. I managed this with Amelia and Mollie.
Now the client wants the customer also to be able to take out a subscription (for unlimited access to yoga classes) to pay for this once and then via direct debit.
This should be possible via Amelia Packages (isn’t it?), the plugin ‘WooCommerce Subscriptions’ and Mollie recurring.
But when I watch the tutorial movie:
https://wpamelia.com/woocommerce-integration
I have the following question: is it correct that when I integrate WooCommerce that I will lose Amelia's date picker?
Do I need to install a WooComerce date picker for this?
Please your answer!
Regards, Sander
Hello Sander,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We currently do not have an option of recurring payments, but it could work with some third-party plugins, but we cannot tell you if it's gonna work with WooCoommerce Subscriptions as we do not have a native integration with that plugin.
If you integrate WooCommerce with Amelia, you will still have the date picker as WooCommerce is only used for payment.
Hope this helps you.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
